Vietnamese Spring Rolls

Sometimes when you go to a Vietnamese restaurant to get some pho, it doesn’t feel enough. This is why some people add Vietnamese spring rolls into their order. These spring aren’t just regular spring rolls. First of all, they aren’t fried; they aren’t even cooked. Vietnamese spring rolls consist of fresh herbs, vegetables, rice noodles, and shrimp, all wrapped up in rice paper. They are perfectly easy to make and are usually accompanied with a special peanut sauce. To make them, first, you need to wet the rice paper with warm water so that it’ll be easy to fold them. Next, you boil the shrimps and rice noodles, and after you’re done, you need to take the shell of the shrimp. Then you chop the herbs and vegetables into tiny pieces and place all the ingredients neatly on the rice paper. Lastly, you fold them like a burrito and serve with peanut sauce. Vietnamese spring rolls are also a yummy and healthy snack to have during the day.
