Eggs

Eggs, there are numerous ways to consume them. You can poach, bake, boil, fry, or even eat them raw. In addition, they are easy to mix with other ingredients. With additional components, you turn them into an omelet, scotch eggs, egg benedict, scrambled eggs, or deviled eggs. Eggs are an excellent source for protein to start your day. Although eggs are full of protein, they are also pretty high in cholesterol, so be sure not to eat too many!

Eggs are so popular worldwide that a Japanese company, Sanrio invented an egg cartoon character. This egg is one of my most favorite cartoon characters and is known for being extremely lazy. This lazy egg is named Gudetama. Released back during 2017, Gudetama’s popularity has increased over time. Now you can find Gudetama merchandises, cafes, and videos everywhere. Each Gudetama video ends with a person dressed as an egg dancing to the theme song. Here is one of the Gudetama videos created by Sanrio:

Kimbap

🌶️

One of the Korean dishes that I love is called kimbap. Kimbap is made from rolling vegetables, rice, and seaweed together. The size of the seaweed nori is huge, and the vegetables are long, so this is why kimbap is long, and people cut it into bite-sized pieces. Vegetables often used in kimbap are perilla leaves, carrots, and radishes. Other ingredients often use in kimbap are:

  • beef
  • cheese
  • kimchi
  • pork cutlet
  • ham
  • crab meat
  • kimchi
  • eggs
  • tuna
  • fish eggs

Kimbap tends to be short and round, but there some other types that have different shapes. Kimbap is usually served cold, but it’s still delicious. What do you like to have in your kimbap? Comment on the comment section below!
