Hotteok

Not long ago, I bought something sweet and nutty from a bake sale called hotteok. When I first tried it, my mind was blown away. Hotteok is a type of Korean pancake filled with grounded nuts, dark brown sugar, and cinnamon powder. It’s a really popular street food snack in Korea, and it’s best served when it’s hot because the sugar filling just melts into your mouth. Nowadays, people fill their hotteoks with other ingredients, such as cheese, kimchi, vegetables, or meat. I highly recommend trying these delicious pancakes out if you happen to pass by a food stall selling them!
