Mango Sticky Rice

In Thailand, one of the main desserts you can find is mango sticky rice. Mango sticky rice is sticky rice accompanied with freshly cut mangoes and drizzled with coconut milk. Sometimes the food coloring might be added to the sticky rice to create a variety of different colors of sticky rice and to add more color to the dish. It’s best served when the sticky rice is still hot, but usually, restaurants would serve them cold. Although this may seem like an odd combination, the flavors work well together and create a spectacular taste in your mouth!

Mango Pudding

In almost all Chinese restaurants you can find, they’ll have mango pudding in their dessert menu. I’ve always loved ordering mango pudding for dessert because of my obsession with mangoes. Chinese mango pudding is a fantastic way to end your meal because it’s light, slightly sweet, and they usually add a bit on mango on top to enhance the flavor. They’re also easy to make.
