They may have originated from France or the United States, but results are still unknown. A chocolate lava cake is a small round chocolate cake that is still runny and gooey on the inside. They are usually not too sweet to enrich the chocolate flavor. Some leave a bittersweet taste behind. They are generally served with berries, ice cream, or powdered sugar. Chocolate lava cakes are a perfect dessert for chocolate lovers worldwide like me.
